Hobbies: The Fun Side of Life
- On to the savory adventure: of my love for smoking meat. As you can see from the pic above my shirt says ( I smoke meat and I know things) I just love to cook and make smoked products that I can share with friends and family, from Homemade beef jerky to smoked brisket. It brings me lots of joy to feed other people.
- Fueling my passion for hot rods. Living in the great north-west we enjoy hopping in the 1958 Chevy pick-up and taking a drive up the Columbia River Gorge.
- Embracing nature: hiking and camping escapades, the PNW has so many waterfalls for us locals to explore as well as camping with Mount Saint Hellens and Mount Hood in our backyard.
